Background


The TFS Group started operations May, 1974, designed to serve the specific accounting and consulting needs of the truck transportation industry. TFS Group is located at 105 Bauer Place, in the city of Waterloo, Ontario.

TFS Group has provided services to over 8300 trucking companies during the last 45 plus years. Our customer base consists of both individual sole proprietor and corporate Owner Operators along with a portfolio of major North American carriers.

TFS is an accredited business with the Better Business Bureau, and is registered with the Ontario Department of Consumer and Commercial Relations. Professional memberships include the Ontario Trucking Association and the Atlantic Provinces Trucking Association

We are proud of all the staff members that make up our dynamic team. Many individuals possess specific skills in the areas of accounting, tax, personnel, compliance, leasing and financing, IT, permitting/licensing, IFTA fuel tax, log book auditing, and much more - all of our staff are trained as specialists to the trucking industry.

The strategy is simple: develop sound products and services - which this industry needs, price competitively, locate within strong markets and most importantly, serve the client.
